Fake CAPTCHA Trick Unknowingly Installs Malware?
Thinking about creating an online course? This app is a game changer
KwaKwa is the ultimate course creation tool for creators who thrive on social media. It offers a familiar, social-like experience with vertical videos, interactive stories, and TikTok navigation, making it easy to create courses and teach like a pro.
Beware content creators! This is how the scam works:
They approach creators with fake opportunities and direct them to their website.
On the site, they ask users to complete a CAPTCHA doing this:
Press Win + R (opens the Run dialog on Windows).
Paste a command using CTRL + V.
Hit Enter to execute the command.
This sequence tricks users into unknowingly installing malware on their computers.
